Who We Are

The White River Junction Downtown Business Association is a volunteer-led program dedicated to supporting the vitality, identity, and resilience of downtown White River Junction. We work in the public interest to strengthen our local economy, celebrate our unique character, and ensure downtown is welcoming, vibrant, and accessible.

Our Vision

White River Junction is where local businesses, nonprofits and neighbors all help shape a downtown that’s authentic, vibrant, and moving forward.

What We Do

Our work focuses on:

  • Supporting Local Business – Helping entrepreneurs and businesses start, grow, and thrive in White River Junction.
  • Sharing WRJ’s Story – Showcasing White River Junction as a hub for culture, community, and commerce.
  • Bringing People Together – Strengthening relationships between visitors, residents, nonprofits, and businesses.
  • Making Downtown Shine – Improving streets, signs, gathering spaces, and the overall experience of being downtown.
  • Advocating for the Future – Partnering with the Town of Hartford and other organizations to guide planning, investment, and policy.
